Mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Teknologi Agroindustri, Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian, Universitas Jember melaksanakan kegiatan kunjungan industri ke PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara, Pabrik Gula (PG) Glenmore. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari mata kuliah Pengendalian Pencemaran Industri yang bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan praktis kepada mahasiswa terkait implementasi sistem pengelolaan lingkungan di sektor industri agro. Dalam kunjungan tersebut, mahasiswa mendapatkan penjelasan langsung mengenai penerapan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan, pengelolaan limbah, serta strategi efisiensi energi yang diterapkan di PG Glenmore sebagai bagian dari upaya mendukung industri hijau di Indonesia.

The Master Program of Agroindustrial Technology (PS MTA), Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Jember, organized a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the theme "Restructuring the Curriculum of the Master Program in Agroindustrial Technology at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Jember, by Permendikbudristek No. 53 of 2023." The event was conducted in a hybrid format, featuring Prof. Dr. Ir. Sri Gunani, M.T., as the main speaker, a representative from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The speaker provided in-depth insights into the latest policies and their implementation strategies in higher education. This discussion aimed to formulate a more adaptive curriculum that is relevant to industry needs and aligns with the established regulations, with the goal of producing competent graduates who are prepared to face global challenges.
